




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Office Assistant with experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office, who is organized, detail-oriented, and honest. Key Highlights: 1. Manages accounting, finance, and inventory with meticulous attention to detail. 2. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office. 3. Provides administrative support and customer/supplier service. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Accounting and Financial Management:** * **Transaction Recording:** Journal entries, invoices, receipts, and vouchers entered into the system. * **Bank Reconciliations:** Review of bank accounts and cash flow. * **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Managing collections from customers and payments to suppliers. * **Document Management:** Archiving, classifying, and maintaining physical and digital documents in order. * **Customer/Supplier Service:** Handling telephone, email, or in-person inquiries from customers and suppliers. * **Inventory Control:** Recording inputs and outputs of supplies. * **Office Support:** Drafting documents, managing schedules, and sending emails. **Profile and Competencies:** Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., COI, Contpaqi) and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) is required. Key skills include organization, meticulous data handling, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
