You will be a key piece in structuring operations ### **Objective:** Lead strategic project management and design the internal execution methodology, ensuring on-time and on-spec delivery as well as continuous process optimization. You will be a key piece in structuring operations and eliminating bottlenecks within the team. ### **Responsibilities** **Project Management (Delivery):** * Plan, execute, and close key technology projects * Manage schedules, resources, and risks * Track progress and ensure deliverables are met * Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders **Process Management (Governance):** * Analyze and optimize internal processes * Document workflows and develop standardized methodologies * Implement management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) * Design metrics and reports for decision-making ### **What We Are Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems or related field * Minimum **3 years of experience in project and process management** * Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Monday * Process mapping skills (BPMN, flowcharts) * Analytical capability for generating reports and metrics * Willingness to travel ### **Key Skills** * Structured thinking and process orientation * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams * Effective communication with technical and executive profiles * Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Ability to anticipate risks and solve problems ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Montecristo, Mérida, Yucatán ### **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Medical care * Cafeteria subsidy: 50%
