Your primary mission will be to manage client relationships, ensure successful deliveries, and maintain smooth communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Experience and Knowledge** * Prior experience in project management, account management, or similar roles * Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (desirable) * Ability to clearly document requirements and agreements (desirable) * Desirable: experience in digital agencies or technology companies **Personal Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Client orientation and ability to manage difficult conversations * Organization, autonomy, and proactivity * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Judgment to identify when to escalate an issue to the technical team This role is ideal for someone with client-facing experience, who understands the technological environment and can autonomously and systematically coordinate projects. **Work Modality:** Hybrid — primarily remote work, with occasional on-site presence as required by the project **Working Hours:** Flexible — we care about results, not working hours.
