Job Summary: This role involves project review, catalog development and quantification, as well as management of materials and labor to identify their impact. Key Highlights: 1. Project review and strategy. 2. Catalog development and quantification. 3. Management and marketing of materials and labor. · Reviewing project content to identify the applicable working strategy. · Developing concept catalogs. · Quantifying projects in generator format according to the company's QMS. · Preparing area tables. · Maintaining a project log of considerations and/or exclusions. · Requesting quotations for materials and subcontractors. · Marketing materials to identify impact on a monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual basis. · Preparing presentation charts showing material impact. · Labor market analysis. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
