Administrative Assistant

We are looking for talent for the position of Administrative Assistant with a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile.** **Requirements** * **Age:** Between 25 and 45 years old * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's in Administration, Logistics, or Business Management * **Driver's License:** Class Driver (valid) with **5 years of verifiable highway driving experience.** * **Experience:** Verifiable experience in administrative and logistical roles (minimum 3 years) **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate product deliveries and receipts. * Support distribution routes and time control. * Track customer invoice entries. * Validate invoices. * Request payment scheduling. * Record and validate invoices in the system. * Coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliations. * Perform physical and document verification of goods. * Record entries in the system and manage inventory. * Prepare orders and outgoing documentation. * Assist in local deliveries when required. * Generate quotations within the internal system. * Provide direct support in commercial processes. * Organize documents and track purchase orders. * Attend to customers and suppliers at the branch. * Support human resources processes such as attendance tracking and employee welfare. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication and professional demeanor. * Organization and schedule management. * Responsibility and adherence to internal regulations. * Teamwork ability. * Basic knowledge of contracts and projects. Schedule * Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm * Must live near or around the workplace.
