**MACHINE OPERATOR FOR DYNAMIC STABILIZER** **Requirements:** * Education: Secondary school, high school, or technical degree. * Experience: 2 years or more as a machine operator. * Knowledge of dynamic stabilizer operation, concept of dynamic stabilization, lateral vibrations combined with vertical load simulating passage of heavy trains. Track geometry, leveling, alignment, and superelevation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the dynamic stabilizer according to the work schedule, adjusting vibration frequency and vertical load pressure based on ballast type and project specifications. Perform immediate stabilization after tamping to ensure newly aligned track geometry is consolidated. * Operate the dynamic stabilizer for ballast or track surface consolidation in accordance with instructions from the track supervisor or machinery foreman. * Check the equipment's operational condition before, during, and after use (oil levels, hydraulic pressure, vibrations, calibration, etc.). * Make adjustment maneuvers to ensure proper compaction and track alignment. **Work Location:** * Tonalá, Chiapas **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Direct contract with the company.
