We currently have an opening for a **Safety Coordinator**; if you meet the following requirements, please apply through this channel, including your resume. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in any field or technical degree related to Industrial Safety, with experience in **INDUSTRIAL SAFETY** + Previous experience as Safety Supervisor – 4 years (industries: metal-mechanical, manufacturing, industrial – desirable) * Intermediate Office – Intermediate Excel * **DC5** (certification) courses registered with STPS in the following specialties: **Mandatory**: (1) LOTO, (2) Electrical Safety, (3) Work at Height, (4) Confined Spaces **Desirable**: First Aid, Forklifts, Cranes, Aerial Work Platforms, Fire Safety **Activities and responsibilities:** * Conduct audits on applicable Mexican laws, regulations, or STPS guidelines and on the company/site’s internal Management System to ensure compliance with the organization’s safety program * Support site leadership with incident investigations (does not handle paperwork) * Monitor self-assessments of the entire site safety system and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety programs * Monitor reports of hazardous conditions, unsafe acts, and near misses, and support the site in implementing adjustments to improve workplace safety * Monitor the safety dashboard and provide training to site leadership to improve performance * Assist sites in developing the annual safety training plan and monitor compliance * Develop and implement safety and environmental projects assigned by the EHS Manager according to site needs * Develop and deliver safety training and ensure proper documentation and records of completed training (DC3) * Communicate with client safety contacts to ensure alignment and address any compliance issues * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyze safety issues and devise effective solutions. **We offer superior benefits:** * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Bonuses, career development plan * Growth within the organization **Send your CV to 811 611 6900** **ATS is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment to all applicants and employees without regard to age, color, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
