No matter the day, your goal is to deliver a dining experience guests will remember long after their stay. **What you’ll do** * Welcome guests and seat them promptly * Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when needed * Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests * Accurately and timely enter transactions into the MICROS system * Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage * Clear tables, complete closing duties, and restock china and other supplies **What we’re looking for** * Strong conversational skills and team orientation * Positive attitude and outgoing personality * Prior waiter/waitress experience: considered a strong plus This position requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg). You must also be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant work experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
