Experience working with adolescents and discipline **PREFECTURE** **Position Objective** Ensure student order, discipline, and formative guidance, fostering a school environment grounded in respect, responsibility, and values. **Academic Qualifications** **Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or related field (preferred)**. First aid training course **Experience: 1–2 years. (MANDATORY)** **Knowledge** **Basic school regulations.** **Strategies for behavior management and conflict resolution.** **Principles of values-based education.** **Basic protocols for responding to school-related risk situations.** **Prior experience working with adolescents (preferably in an educational setting).** **Experience managing groups and maintaining discipline.** **Experience in educational institutions is preferred.** **Personal Characteristics** Frustration tolerance Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
