We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our marketing team and contribute to the continued success of our brand. **Job Description:** We are looking for the person responsible for managing, executing, optimizing, and growing the brand’s digital sales across various e-commerce channels, **with a special focus on Shopify as the primary platform**, as well as TikTok Shop and Rappi. This position is responsible for developing strategies that support achieving the channel’s business objectives, as well as ensuring the proper daily operation of the channels—guaranteeing correct product listings, order tracking, promotion execution, and report generation. **Key Responsibilities** **E-commerce / Shopify (Priority Channel)** * **Active collaboration in strategy development, execution, promotion definition,** strategic products and/or launches, coordinated with Commercial and Marketing Management. * **Full administration of the online store on Shopify**, including catalog, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions, and basic platform configurations. * **Management of applications and integrations within the Shopify ecosystem**, coordinated with relevant departments. * **Monitoring of e-commerce channel performance** (sales, conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment, etc.). * Daily review of **orders and coordination with internal system** (Odoo) for confirmations and operational adjustments. * Coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics for accurate order fulfillment. * **Customer issue resolution** related to orders, delays, or operational errors. * **Billing of e-commerce orders** and deliveries to physical stores where applicable. * **Collaboration with the marketing department to ensure correct implementation of banners and commercial materials**, guaranteeing compliance with guidelines (information accuracy, readability, and mobile-first approach). * **Development and updating of website sections** using the platform’s native template and tools. Continuous optimization of user experience (UX) and conversion at the operational level. **TikTok Shop** * **Operational management of the TikTok Shop channel**, including product catalog upload and maintenance. * Coordination with creators and affiliates **to ensure proper execution of previously defined campaigns and commercial activations.** * **Order tracking**, delivery status, and operational issues. * Support in activating promotions and campaigns within the platform. * Monitoring of channel performance and preparation of basic results reports. * Compliance with platform guidelines and policies, coordinated with marketing and operations. **Rappi** * Catalog administration: pricing, availability, and descriptions. * Coordination with physical stores for order preparation and delivery. * Execution of promotions and commercial actions within the platform. * Order tracking, incidents, and cancellations. * Review of sales and basic channel reports. **Analysis and Reporting** * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports per channel. * Sales analysis and growth tracking across different digital channels. * Identification of operational improvement opportunities based on data. **Internal Coordination** * Close collaboration with marketing, logistics, production, and physical store teams to ensure an efficient and aligned digital operation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Commerce, Marketing, or related field, with emphasis on digital marketing and e-commerce. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in e-commerce and digital platform operations. * Prior experience working with Shopify. * Professional internships or prior experience on digital platforms is a plus. * Experience with TikTok Shop and delivery apps (Rappi, Uber Eats, etc.) is desirable. * Analytical thinking. * Teamwork. * Organization, execution capability, and task follow-up across multiple channels. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and operational autonomy. * Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. **Technical Knowledge** * Understanding of integrations between e-commerce platforms and internal systems (e.g., Odoo). * Google Analytics / performance dashboards. * Basic–intermediate Excel. * Strong writing skills and attention to detail. * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platform structures (Shopify / Odoo) is desirable. **We Offer:** * Net salary of $18,000–20,000 MXN per month, depending on experience level. * Statutory benefits. * **On-site work** Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **How to Apply:** If you are interested in joining our team and meet the requirements listed above, please send your CV to eramirez@vervan.mx Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * E-commerce: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
