Perform all necessary administrative tasks for all accounts, including social events generated by the Sales department. Compile supporting documentation required for each file to ensure fast and timely billing processes, avoiding overdue receivables. Supervise directly contracted events until completion of food service. Ensure fulfillment of sales commitments and achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the service delivered. Hand over the event to the Banquet Captain with a checklist and client present.
