Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise waitstaff service, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the kitchen in a high-demand environment. Key Highlights: 1. Service Supervision Coordinate the waitstaff team during each shift. Assign stations or service areas. Supervise that service is prompt, courteous, and professional. Provide support during peak demand periods. 2\. Customer Service Greet and welcome residents and visitors. Resolve complaints or special requests. Ensure customers are satisfied with the service. Maintain preferential and personalized treatment for residents. 3\. Kitchen Coordination Verify dish preparation and delivery times. Inspect food presentation and quality. Communicate special orders or dietary restrictions. 4\. Operational Control Inspect restaurant cleanliness and orderliness. Supervise table setup. Ensure staff comply with uniform and appearance standards. Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils. 5\. Shift Organization Prepare waitstaff work schedules. Coordinate restaurant opening and closing procedures. Supervise basic service inventory (napkins, cutlery, glassware). 6\. Administrative Support Report service incidents. Assist in order ticket control. Inform the manager of operational needs. Position Profile Education Completed high school diploma (technical degree in tourism or food and beverage services preferred). Experience 2–3 years in restaurants. Prior experience as a waitstaff captain or head waiter. Experience supervising staff. Knowledge Food and beverage service. Order management and kitchen coordination.
