Clean glass in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns from public areas into appropriate disposal bins. Inspect furniture condition and check for breaks, tears, or stains, reporting any damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place caution signs to reduce foot traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are needed. Respond promptly to guest requests and those from other departments. Identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to achieve common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and leaning. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Work on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down ladders. Ascend and descend service stairs and/or ramps. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing 55 pounds (24.75 kg) or less without assistance, and more than 55 pounds (24.75 kg) with assistance. Ability to push and pull a loaded maintenance cart and other job-related machinery over sloped and uneven surfaces. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for prolonged periods or frequently throughout the entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job tasks requested by supervisors.
