





**MARITAL STATUS:** No preference. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technical Degree / Diesel Technical Degree **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Leading service teams and managing workshop resources in the agricultural sector; personnel management; fault diagnosis; component repair. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Coordinate and support technicians in diagnostic tasks, form completion, and access to up-to-date technical information, with the aim of ensuring accurate diagnostics that minimize repair time, safeguarding and maintaining necessary technical information for warranty claims and providing customers with feedback regarding repairs performed on their units; reporting identified faults to the controller for quotation and informing the service advisor about unit completion and delivery timelines. **COMPETENCIES:** Problem analysis and resolution, identification of business opportunities, decision-making, conflict management, negotiation, customer orientation, interpersonal relationships, influence and persuasion. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage available workshop resources to optimize service turnaround times, workforce utilization, and improve service department profitability. Provide guidance to technicians on high-complexity diagnostics and repairs, as well as on adherence to standard repair times, avoiding excessive wait times and ensuring proper repairs. Provide management with feedback on completed jobs and delivery dates to ensure timely customer notification regarding their units. Schedule equipment calibration, maintenance of production facilities, and procurement of tools required for workshop operations. Ensure quality of all workshop work through random quality checklists or applicable testing, aiming to achieve first-time repair success and customer satisfaction. Monitor service metrics—including workshop dwell time, training, workshop productivity—and propose action plans to maintain these metrics within target ranges.
