Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Procurement Manager. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining par stock levels in the grocery warehouse and refrigerated and frozen storage areas (procurement department), as well as liquor inventory, to ensure uninterrupted operations and availability of raw materials required to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities! * Monitor emails requiring your attention. * Review system-generated requisitions and prepare them for pickup. * Record fulfilled requisitions in the system. * Place orders according to delivery schedules and based on par stock levels. * Print purchase orders, place them on the corresponding day’s board, and ensure all goods arrive as scheduled. * Submit slow-moving inventory reports to operations twice per month to facilitate stock rotation. * Generate shrinkage reports for expired or accidentally damaged products. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Minimum high school diploma or equivalent * Inventory management experience * Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards * Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets) **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
