Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and advising Integrated Services, managing medical equipment inventory, and training staff on surgical procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous advisory support on operational efficiency and surgical procedures 2. Inventory management and maintenance of medical equipment 3. Ongoing education for users on equipment and consumables Responsibilities: * Supervise the nationwide rollout of Integrated Services. * Provide continuous advisory support to staff on operations, administration, and surgical procedures. * Collaborate with the Warehouse team to supervise inventory, procurement, and conduct monthly and quarterly material forecasting. * Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product lines and medical specialties to identify and communicate hospital and physician needs. * Manage inventory and maintenance of medical equipment in coordination with the relevant committee. * Monitor and assist assigned Integrated Services. * Identify and report non-conforming service outputs within Integrated Services. * Coordinate scheduling for specialized surgical procedures. * Deliver ongoing education to users on equipment and consumables. * Represent the company at trade shows and conferences. * Support technical proposal development for tenders and award processes.
