Job Summary: We are seeking a Lacquerer for the maintenance team at Marival Resorts, responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance of spaces to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for finishing and maintenance of rooms and common areas. 2. Application of lacquers, varnishes, sealers, and specialty paints. 3. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance of our facilities, collaborating to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform finishing and maintenance of rooms and common areas. * Apply lacquers, varnishes, sealers, and specialty paints using manual tools and spray equipment. * Touch up and restore finishes damaged by use, moisture, or wear. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a lacquerer or varnisher. * Knowledge of finishing techniques, types of wood, lacquers, varnishes, solvents, fiberglass, and fillers. * Proficiency in using manual tools and spray equipment. * Ability to work in an organized and responsible manner.
