Position Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the different savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. * Guarantee the proper implementation and execution of the strategy for deposits, insurance, AFORE, and payroll accounts. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Become certified as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Cambaceo: promotion of products outside the point of sale. * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to ensure they return and recommend us. Candidate Profile Strong communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Experience placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services. * Knowledge of AFORES. * Goal and target oriented. * Experience in customer prospecting activities in the field/cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty in performing duties.
