(desirable) **MISSION / OBJECTIVE** * Monitor and supervise the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems implemented in organization's projects, based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems - Requirements, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and NMX\-R\-025\-SCFI\-2015 on Labor Equality and Non-Discrimination; monitor programs, quality, HSE and environmental plans. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ***QUALITY*** * Review and follow up on Specific Procedures and performance indicators issued by the corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management for proper service quality in operation and maintenance. * Follow up on nonconformities arising from internal or external audits or inspections. * Follow up on established corrective actions. * Follow up on reports generated during visits by the corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management to the project, ensuring follow-up and closure with appropriate evidence. * File and safeguard area documentation. * Control and monitor the quality, environment, and safety activity program implemented by the corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management. * Attend quality audits conducted by the client (AAS) or by the corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management at the project. ***ENVIRONMENT*** * Knowledge of environmental regulations at federal, state, and municipal levels. * Ensures that environmental protection processes are established, implemented, and maintained; if necessary, develops a specific Environmental Management System for the project, based on the EMS and/or specific contractual requirements agreed with the client. * Collaborates in identifying environmental aspects and impacts of projects, as well as in planning and implementing adequate preventive measures to minimize environmental impacts. * Monitors environmental protection procedures related to the work or project to be executed, complying with regulatory requirements (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, etc.) and client requirements (AAS). * Disseminates legal requirements and other commitments the organization has adopted regarding environmental protection. * Ensures effective communication within the project to maximize the effectiveness of EMS implementation. ***OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY*** * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations at federal, state, and municipal levels. * Ensures that occupational risk prevention processes are established, implemented, and maintained; if necessary, develops a specific Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the project, based on the OHSMS and/or specific contractual requirements agreed with the client. * Collaborates in identifying hazards and assessing occupational risks associated with works or activities to be carried out in the project, as well as in planning and implementing adequate preventive measures to minimize risks to personnel. * Responsible for verifying that the hazard identification matrix and assessment of occupational risks for processes are up to date. * Prepares and/or follows up on safety and/or safe work procedures related to the work or activities to be executed, complying with regulatory requirements (STPS, Civil Protection, etc.) and client requirements (AAS). * Knows and disseminates legal requirements and other commitments the organization has adopted regarding occupational health and safety, ensuring effective communication within the project focused on maximizing the effectiveness of OHSMS implementation. * Proposes occupational risk prevention techniques, disseminates them once approved by the project manager, responsible for the work or project, or the corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management, and collaborates with line managers and various project areas in their implementation. * Provides training to employees, workers, and subcontractors and ensures awareness is promoted among the project team regarding client requirements related to occupational risk prevention, health, and civil protection. * Coordinates trainings to be delivered by external entities directed to subcontractors and own workers. * Proposes the project Safety Inspection Plan and executes it once approved by the Project Management or corporate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management.
