General Information **ACAPONETA PLANT** **PROCESS TECHNICIAN** General Objective. \- Monitor and control the proper operation of maceration for nixtamal preparation prior to grinding, complying with established parameters. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic Qualification: High school diploma or technical degree * Residency in Acaponeta, Nayarit * Experience: 2 years in manufacturing within food companies **EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDES:** Follow daily production scheduling Process control using charts Proficiency in 5S Operation of equipment within assigned area and reporting required maintenance Good Manufacturing Practices Maintain order and cleanliness in processes Use of measurement and calibration equipment Adherence to safety guidelines and assurance of product safety Manufacturing records in SAP Competencies: Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, organization, effective communication, interpersonal skills **OTHERS:** Availability to work rotating shifts At GRUMA and its divisions, recruitment and selection processes are free of charge and fully covered by the company.
