Establish and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs implemented in the company to ensure that facilities, equipment, and machinery are in excellent operating condition, enhancing the Company's image and customer service. * Maintain and repair Facilities, Equipment, and Machinery according to operational specifications and, where applicable, manufacturer manuals. * Design and implement a preventive maintenance program on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis to ensure maximum operational safety, efficiency, minimize plant depreciation, and reduce costs associated with corrective maintenance. * Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager (Chief of Keys) to design and establish the room maintenance program. * Execute and supervise corrective maintenance tasks through work orders. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with the pest control program for hotel facilities, coordinating periodically with responsible personnel from different areas. * Prepare maintenance control cards for each piece of equipment. * Coordinate and supervise work performed by contracted personnel, monitoring material quality and proper adherence to contract specifications to ensure work quality and efficiency. * Maintain a daily log of scheduled work activities, setting priorities. * Conduct daily inspections of facilities to monitor proper operation. * Supervise the enforcement of safety regulations and proper use of safety equipment. * Responsible for managing the inventory of assigned tools. * Maintain a minimum stock of spare parts and maintenance equipment, requesting required materials via purchase requisition when necessary, and assisting in supplier selection. * Perform other duties as derived from the nature of the position. **Address**: Libramiento Carretero Tepic\-Mazatlán km 11\+900, Las Brisas, 63117 Tepic, Nay.
