The primary objective of this position is to guarantee precise material mixing to meet the quality and strength standards required by our clients and projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the batching system (automated or manual) for loading concrete mixer trucks. * Ensure mixes strictly comply with specified designs and strength requirements. * Monitor raw material inventory levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures). * Perform basic preventive maintenance on batching equipment. * Coordinate with mixer truck operators to ensure efficient delivery logistics. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant area. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (concrete plants). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in batching software (e.g., Command Alkon or similar) and technical knowledge of aggregates and admixtures. * **Skills:** Organizational ability, attention to detail, and focus on industrial safety. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in El Novillero or nearby areas (Tecuala, Acaponeta). **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $20,000 per month.
