We are looking for a committed professional responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, ensuring production quality. Responsibilities: Perform the necessary Set Up to meet daily and/or weekly requirements. * Make necessary adjustments on machines and/or tools so that parts meet customer quality and dimensional requirements. * Modify and make necessary adjustments to programs according to customer requirements. * Control SCRAP and reduce it through process adjustments. * Review the process and identify its failures (broken tools, improper machining, etc.). * Carefully use tools during setup and recycle tools in good condition. * Carry out and document corrective actions to prevent and improve process failures. * Keep equipment and work tools in optimal condition. * Perform continuous improvement tasks in processes to reduce failures.
