




* Manage and track procedures and payments for priority projects for management * Present evidence of general expenses * Coordinate schedule, meetings, and commitments for management * Filter and channel requests, messages, and visits to management * Maintain confidentiality and organization of financial and personal information for management * Ensure the management office remains organized, clean, and supplied with necessary amenities for management's comfort * Prepare necessary background information to support management's agenda * Carry out all necessary arrangements for organizing corporate and family travel for the board, including generating all supporting documents for flight reservations, hotels, restaurants, and other comfort-related elements * Follow up, record, and review progress on tasks assigned by management to different departments.
