Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical issues or matters related to hardware and software, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Internet. Respond to program error messages. Provide support for network communication systems as well as technical consulting. Refer major issues to vendors or technicians. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. Consult with others to evaluate, analyze, and resolve computer needs and system requirements. Inspect, evaluate, and diagnose computer equipment and systems. Plan and coordinate installations of technology-related equipment, as well as relocations, acquisitions, modifications, and system upgrades. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures. Provide end-user support across all applications. Plan and manage disk space across the entire network. Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices. Enter commands and activate controls on computers and equipment. Ensure backups are securely stored in a fireproof safe. Comply with all company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Address guest service needs; assist other employees. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phones using proper protocols. Serve as an example and first point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Assurance and Open Door Policy" process. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team in achieving common goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase the organization's effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-saving capacity. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods. Enter and locate information using computers or point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ascend and descend stairs and ramps regularly. Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: Diploma issued by a technical, trade, or vocational school. Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
