




Position Summary: Lead the academic and administrative management of undergraduate programs in Nutrition and Psychology, ensuring high-quality education and regulatory compliance. Position Objective: Lead the academic and administrative management of undergraduate programs in Nutrition and Psychology delivered through non-traditional (distance) education modalities. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring excellence in health workforce training, coordinating teaching teams, and guaranteeing compliance with current institutional and regulatory standards for virtual education. Candidate Profile: * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in Nutrition, Psychology, or related Health Sciences fields (with official degree certificate and professional license). Postgraduate studies in Education, Educational Institution Administration, or Health Management are considered advantageous. * Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in team coordination and human resource training processes within the health sector. Technical and Technological Competencies: * Advanced proficiency in computer hardware and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Expert management of digital communication tools: institutional email, videoconferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams), and shared calendars. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or similar is desirable. Responsibilities: * Academic Management: Supervise implementation of curricula and study plans for health-related undergraduate programs delivered through non-traditional (distance) education modalities. * Team Coordination: Lead and evaluate faculty performance, ensuring effective communication and achievement of academic goals. * Human Resource Development: Implement strategies for continuous training and professional updating of faculty and staff on health and digital pedagogy topics. * Student Monitoring: Track students’ academic progress and retention, intervening with academic mediation or support when necessary. * Digital Administration: Organize and conduct virtual academic meetings, manage digital academic documentation, and ensure accurate information upload to institutional platforms. * Institutional Linkage: Collaborate with relevant authorities to arrange clinical placements, social service opportunities, or agreements essential for graduates’ health-sector professional profiles.
