Emphasis on teamwork and effective communication Description: **Core Job Responsibilities:** * Inspect raw materials against the Work Order. * Complete the safety checklist. * Check machine safety guards and air pressure. * Release first pieces for testing on Virtek (quality lab machine). * Inspect finished parts against the Work Order drawing or blueprint. * Maintain area organization using the hourly whiteboard. * Deliver finished products to manual labor or packaging. Requirements: **Minimum Requirements** * Education – Junior High School \- High School * Experience – In manufacturing industry * Technical Skills – Use of measurement tools such as calipers, tape measures, etc. * Soft Skills: Patience, perseverance, teamwork, resilience, shop-floor work, verbal and written communication, active listening **Required Skills** * Teamwork. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Quality focus. **Work Schedule** Rotating shifts **Contract Type** 3-month fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term contract.
