Job stability and a positive work environment **WE ARE HIRING WITHIN ARLUMA’S OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT** **Laser Cutting Operator with technical focus and attention to detail, responsible for preparing files, operating laser cutting machinery, and ensuring accurate execution of jobs according to customer blueprints and specifications.** **This position is critical to workshop quality, delivery timelines, and efficiency.** **Responsibilities** * Design and preparation of laser cutting files * Interpretation of technical drawings * Operation of laser cutting machines (sheet metal and plate) * Nesting and material optimization * Basic adjustments of cutting parameters * Quality inspection of finished parts * Coordination with production, warehouse, and administrative departments * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or related field (industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or similar) * Minimum 1–2 years of laser cutting experience (mandatory) * Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, or similar * Knowledge of nesting and material utilization * Basic knowledge of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) * Ability to work under delivery deadlines * Responsible, organized, and committed to continuous improvement **We Offer** * Base salary of 10–12 thousand pesos, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * In-house training and career growth within the workshop * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
