Review and analyze the banquet order for the event to gather guest information, determine appropriate setup, timeline, specific guest requirements, buffets, food stations, etc. Attend to and strive to fulfill all special banquet preparations for the event. Follow up on special banquet preparations for the event to ensure completion. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets.
