Surf Instructor Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surf Class Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our tourism services and water activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. You must have a solid background in management, as well as experience in water sports, personnel management, and improving customer service processes. ***Main Responsibilities.*** **Operations Management:** \- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of staff, verifying they are in their work positions, have the necessary materials, and properly carry out activities. \- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and staff growth. **Leadership and Personnel Management:** \- Lead and motivate the team. \- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. **Financial Management:** \- Manage and control operational costs of the tourism business. \- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts. **Customer Satisfaction:** \- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
