Development and updating of policy and procedure manuals. **Human Resources Officer** **Position Objective:** Manage and coordinate Human Resources department functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and organizational development. Additionally, responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring manuals and processes that strengthen the organizational structure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Administer attendance tracking, incident reporting, payroll, and IMSS-related personnel transactions (as applicable). * Implement training, development, and performance evaluation programs. * Manage labor relations, organizational climate, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and internal documentation. * Develop, update, and implement **policy, procedure, and job description manuals**. * Document **internal processes of the HR department and other departments**, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement. * Support implementation of organizational strategies and workplace culture initiatives. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a similar role. * **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation * Manual development and process diagramming * Organizational development **Skills:** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Leadership and teamwork * Technical writing * Analytical thinking **Work Location: Bucerías, Nayarit.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
