Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services. Update reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor or manager. Register guests upon arrival, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation upon arrival. Promote and sell spa or salon services. Obtain assigned cash drawer and ensure accuracy of funds, acquire necessary change for expected transaction volume, and keep cash secure at all times. Process guest payments for spa or salon services and obtain payment authorization as required. Accept and record cash tips for employees. Balance, scan, and submit receipts to Accounting. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; thank them sincerely; assist guests with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer telephones using proper protocols. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification from a General Educational Development (GED) program. Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
