**Safety and Hygiene Supervisor – Punta de Mita** At a renowned **luxury real estate developer**, we are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor to ensure compliance with standards and protocols within our vertical housing projects. **What will you do?** * Supervise adherence to safety measures at construction sites and offices. * Coordinate with contractors the implementation of preventive programs. * Prevent unsafe acts and conditions that could endanger people or the company. * Ensure compliance with Official Standards and STPS guidelines. **What do you need?** * Experience in vertical housing. * Knowledge of Civil Protection, safety brigades, NOM, environmental regulations, property security, safety regulations, construction processes, and contractor management. * Degree in: **Industrial Safety Technician, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering** * Certified and accredited by STPS in safety and hygiene * Valid driver's license **What are the working conditions?** * On-site work in Punta De Mita, Nay. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs. * Monthly net salary: $18,000 \+ statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract (not project-based). * **Locals only**, no relocation or camp provided. **Want to be part of a growing luxury project?** Apply through this channel and we will contact you.
