Join UVM’s faculty team to share your experience in planning and management. **Objective of the Undergraduate Faculty Position:** Ensure students enrolled in undergraduate programs—including Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Apparel Industry, Multimedia Design, among others—achieve their learning objectives and develop required competencies. **Key Responsibilities and Activities as an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** * Design dynamic classes that foster meaningful learning * Implement teaching strategies for face-to-face instruction, identifying students’ academic needs and challenges. * Encourage active participation from all students * Enhance overall academic quality * Support students’ holistic development **Requirements for Undergraduate Faculty Positions:** A completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license is mandatory. (Fields include: Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Apparel Industry, Multimedia Design, among others.) A master’s degree with official diploma and professional license is preferred. Minimum three years of teaching experience.
