Implement tax strategies and handle audits. **Anser is seeking an Accounting and Tax Manager in Bucerías \- Jala, Nayarit** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- **A prominent construction, hotel development, and luxury vertical project operation company is seeking a strategic-thinking and leadership-capable accounting professional to organize, direct, and control its Accounting Department.** If you possess solid experience in tax regulations and team management, this position is for you! **Purpose of the Position** Lead the company’s accounting structure, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the accuracy of financial information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * **Financial Management:** Preparation of financial statements and execution of monthly and annual accounting closings. * **Accounting Operations:** Recording of provisions, reserves, revenues, expenses, and balance sheet account reconciliations. * **Tax Compliance:** Preparation of tax returns (provisional and annual payments), tax calculations, and payroll tax management. * **Strategy and Audits:** Implementation of tax strategies and handling of external (SAT, IMSS) and internal audits for issuing financial opinions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Strict application of IFRS and NIF. * **Leadership:** Supervision and direction of work teams within the department. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Degree holder with Professional License in Public Accounting or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years serving as General Accountant performing the aforementioned functions, INDISPENSABLE in the construction or real estate sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth expertise in accounting and current tax laws. * Mandatory proficiency in the **ERP Enkontrol** system. * **Location: Bucerías, Nayarit.** **Compensation Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $40,000 to $45,000 per month, net * Statutory benefits Do you meet the profile?
