At **Palladium Hotel Group**, we are seeking to fill the position of **Electromechanic** at the **Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort \& Spa.** We offer a professional development path as passionate as you are, with real opportunities for growth and continuous learning. **Position Mission** Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the hotel and spa's electromechanical systems, guaranteeing quality service that contributes to our guests' satisfaction. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the resort's electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems. * Monitor and ensure optimal performance of equipment related to hydrotherapy circuits and spa treatment areas. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures efficiently and safely. * Collaborate with various departments to maintain areas in optimal condition. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and internal hotel policies. * Maintain detailed maintenance records and technical reports. * Propose improvements to optimize the performance of electromechanical systems. **Requirements:** --------------- **Technical Experience and Knowledge:** * Technical training in electromechanics, electricity, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry. * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Skills to quickly and effectively diagnose and solve technical problems. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and safe handling of tools and equipment. * Availability to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
