




**Cost Control and Analysis** * Design, implement, and supervise the hotel's cost control system. * Analyze food and beverage costs. * Conduct monthly comparisons between budgets, actual costs, and established standards. * Identify deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. **Reporting and Profitability Analysis** * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability ratios. * Provide timely information to general management and the finance department. **Operational Optimization and Efficiency** * Propose cost reduction strategies without affecting service quality. * Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to improve consumption efficiency.
