Position Summary Responsible for upholding room standards regarding product display in minibars, snacks, and coffee machines; responsible for processing guest consumption charges upon resort checkout; responsible for cleaning glassware, coffee spoons, and coffee machines. Key Activities and Responsibilities * Perform assigned opening, operational, and closing tasks daily. * Prepare all necessary equipment when working on assigned orders; verify that all equipment meets our established standards. * Follow the room service sequence to ensure complete guest satisfaction. * Deliver products to guest rooms according to information provided by the shift supervisor regarding daily requirements for personalization. * Prevent any negligent accidents that could cause physical harm to guests or colleagues by maintaining open and clear communication with supervisors and managers. * Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner, always striving to address them by name. * Collaborate with fellow team members to satisfactorily fulfill any special guest requests. * Communicate ideas for improving service levels and guest satisfaction—applicable within the point-of-consumption area—to supervisors, managers, and colleagues. * Maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude during shifts with guests and colleagues, always focused on teamwork. * Require daily review of tasks and activities by manager and supervisors before leaving the work area. * Responsible for daily restocking of required items, from guest arrival through departure. * Personalize and standardize guest dietary restrictions and allergies within in-room products. * Responsible for product presentation quality and expiration date verification for snacks and minibar items. * Responsible for cleanliness and standards of in-room coffee makers. * Responsible for cleaning and quality control of minibar glassware. * Responsible for providing consumption details to order-taking staff for prompt and accurate billing. * Responsible for delivering guest minibar requests as quickly as possible and reporting completion to order-taking staff. * Responsible for cleaning and organizing minibar inventory in storage. * Responsible for communicating DND (Do Not Disturb) status to the shift supervisor for proper follow-up. * Responsible for daily requisitioning and stocking from general warehouse inventory. About You. * Minimum education: Secondary school diploma * Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels in similar positions * Basic knowledge of restaurant service and food & beverage operations * Analytical and goal-oriented * Technical English for the hospitality industry * Hardworking and a good team player Our brand is expanding faster than ever.
