Maintain all assigned guest rooms in perfect operational condition, in accordance with design and conservation standards, covering all aspects including installations, equipment, furniture, and finishes. Given the constantly evolving market and to support your own career development, versatility and the ability to manage multiple tasks are strictly required. To ensure seamless hotel operations and service delivery, lateral reassignments to other departments may occur with or without prior notice. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Contribute maximally to the overall satisfaction of the Division. * Participate in Performance Evaluations. * Complete scheduled training programs. * Contribute to and maintain a pleasant working environment. About You. * Skilled in performing finish repairs (painting, patching, wood touch-ups) and proficient in using measurement tools such as infrared thermometers, multimeters, and leak detectors. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role. * Technical background in installations or maintenance—or equivalent.
