




Welcome to **Rosa Morada**, a sanctuary where luxury seamlessly blends with natural beauty, creating the perfect escape from everyday life. **Position Summary:** Our **Operations \& Guest Experience Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the villas and ensuring an exceptional experience for each guest, from arrival to departure. This role combines operational management—including supervision of housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff—with excellence in hospitality, continuous improvement, and service innovation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable stays within an efficient and well-structured environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operations and Supervision** * Supervise daily activities of housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff, ensuring villas are immaculate and in optimal condition. * Coordinate check\-in and check\-out procedures, guaranteeing quality standards and presentation. * Monitor inventory of supplies and amenities, placing purchase requests as needed. * Manage schedules, shifts, and performance of operational staff. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and property standards. **Guest Service and Experience** * Personally welcome guests with a warm, professional, and personalized greeting. * Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any requests with care. * Coordinate additional services such as transportation, private dinners, or tours. * Follow up throughout the stay to ensure complete satisfaction. * Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** * Identify opportunities to enhance operations and propose solutions or innovations. * Collaborate with the Director of Operations to update processes and service standards. * Support staff training in hospitality, communication, and attention to detail. * Ensure consistency in guest experience and brand image across all villas. **Requirements:** * **English** and Spanish fluency (spoken and written). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or guest service. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary. **Key Competencies:** * Warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail and reliability. * Teamwork with a practical, “hands\-on” approach. * Passion for hospitality and continuous improvement.
