Communicate with guests and clients to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Transport equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain proper maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed. Record information about calls not completed before shift change. Comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete required safety training and certifications, and safely store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect the company's assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, assist people with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team members to achieve common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Speak clearly and professionally with others. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Ascend and descend stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: Certification from a technical, trade, or vocational school. Related work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
