The program path consists of 80% hands-on work experience and 20% professional development. The program is divided into two main phases: Phase 1 \- Service Excellence and Departmental Knowledge, and Phase 2 \- Core Management Fundamentals, Leadership, and Soft Skills Development. Currently, Auberge Collection offers several dedicated tracks, with focus areas in: Food & Beverage, Spa, and Rooms. During the recruitment phase, candidates will be asked to select their preferred focus area and property location.
