Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager with proven experience in construction and erection of metal structures to provide technical leadership for procurement in specialized projects. Simultaneous management of multiple construction projects and strategic negotiation **PROCUREMENT MANAGER – METAL STRUCTURES SECTOR, relocation required to Yucatán state; housing support is not provided.** Southeastern Mexico **One structure, one team** – we specialize in the design, fabrication, and erection of metal structures for: * Shopping centers * Industrial warehouses * High-rise buildings * Industrial and government projects We seek a **Procurement Manager with proven experience in the metal structure construction and erection industry**. We do not seek general procurement professionals. We require technical leadership with real-site experience. **What we need:** * Experience in procurement of structural steel, plates, structural profiles, structural fasteners, welding consumables, galvanizing, industrial paint, and specialized services. * Direct experience in projects for **shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and high-rise buildings**. * Simultaneous management of multiple construction projects. * Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers. * Supply planning aligned with fabrication and erection schedules. * Cost control, delivery time management, and specialized logistics. **Desirable experience:** * Projects exceeding 500 tons. * Coordination of procurement for more than two active projects simultaneously. * Experience in companies within the metal construction sector (not retail, not mass consumer goods).
