You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and advising potential clients on the best insurance options to protect their assets and future. Key Responsibilities * **Prospecting and Sales:** Generate and follow up with new customers through various channels (referrals, cold calls, personal networks, etc.). * **Personalized Advisory:** Analyze customers' financial and protection needs to recommend and design the most suitable insurance plans (life, medical expenses, auto, home, etc.). * **Portfolio Management:** Maintain a close and trustworthy relationship with existing customers to manage renewals, conduct cross-sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all sales and processes comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. * **Continuous Training:** Actively participate in training and certification programs to stay updated on products and market trends. Requirements: * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years of successful experience** in **sales** (previous experience in the insurance or financial sector will be valued positively). * **Academic Level:** Must have a **High School Diploma** or equivalent at minimum. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
