




1. Plan and supervise the preparation of all food and beverage products from the kitchen, in order to guarantee quality and service standards at the involved dining facilities. 2. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff as appropriate, to ensure that planned activities are properly executed. 3. Monitor cooking processes to ensure compliance with established standards (regarding food temperatures, freezer and refrigerator temperatures, etc.). 4. Continuously train cooks in the preparation of specialized dishes to improve their job performance. 5. Verify kitchen order and cleanliness to maintain optimal hygiene and presentation conditions. 6. Anticipate and coordinate with the bakery and pastry department to ensure requested items are ready on time and meet required quality standards, so they can be served to guests promptly. 7. Supervise yield and cost processes for all raw materials to maximize profitability. 8. Prepare raw material purchase requisitions and manage inventory control to ensure adequate supply and proper usage. 9. Unconditionally comply with and support any instructions received from the direct supervisor, in order to provide a service that meets the company's quality standards.
