About the Position Maintain all areas of the Hotel in excellent paint condition, and given the constant changes in the market and for career advancement, being versatile and handling multiple tasks is imperatively expected. To ensure hotel operations and service, lateral shifts to other areas may occur with or without prior notice. **Main Duties and Responsibilities*** Contribute fully to the overall satisfaction of the Division. * Participate in Performance Evaluations. * Comply with scheduled training. * Contribute to and maintain a pleasant working environment. * Attend training courses punctually, complete annual training programs and Service Practices. * Maintain optimal and timely order and cleanliness of equipment. * Fully comply with 100% of the service and quality standards described in the Departmental Operations Manual, through full knowledge of them, strict adherence to these standards, policies, procedures, as well as participation in knowledge verification sessions. * Read and implement the Departmental Operations Manual, applying acquired knowledge. * Maintain and preserve all department operational areas and equipment in optimal condition through proper use, awareness, and received training. * Maintain a culture of order and cleanliness in every area and corner of the department through correct execution of our duties and proper use of equipment and tools. * Strictly adhere to quality standards, procedures, policies, and the Internal Work Regulations through strict discipline (within a framework of respect) to avoid disciplinary actions, administrative reports, suspensions, etc. * Use work tools, operational equipment, and facilities appropriately and rationally through knowledge acquired in Service Practices, Knowledge Verification Sessions, Courses, and Departmental Operations Manuals. * Comply with and strictly follow One \& Only's policies and procedures. * Perform general painting and touch-ups on suites and resort buildings. * Paint and varnish all wooden floors, decks, and docks throughout the resort. * Paint and varnish furniture in suites. * Perform general painting in the machinery room and the equipment located therein. * Paint hot water, cold water, and air conditioning pipes in resort areas. * Apply waterproofing on the rooftops of the development. * Perform general painting on diesel tanks. * Paint chairs and furniture in dining areas. * Paint administrative offices and service areas. About You * I am capable of building connections internally and externally * Attend Briefings and weekly meetings with supervisor punctually. * Maintain and foster a work environment that allows harmonious operations, through attendance at Departmental Meetings, proper execution of our workload, and completion of Performance Evaluations. * Support and coordinate with colleagues to address reports from other hotel areas. * Skills in personnel management in civil works * Cost management and tool control software skills * Knowledge of construction equipment and tools, Carpentry and painting. * 2 years of experience * Technical degree in finishes and civil works, Architect.
