Proficiency in statistical data and metrics for decision-making. **Header \- External** ------------------------- Entity: Sinaloa Location Type: Culiacan Plaza Victoria Store **Position Objective BTP** ------------------------------- * Supervise daily store operations to ensure achievement of sales and customer service KPIs through strategy development. * Be responsible for inventory and asset management. * Ensure proper execution of Our Promise with each of our customers and supervise daily store operations to ensure compliance with operational management roles, as well as positive results in EBITDA, churn, and revenue. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- * Recruit and train team members to meet sales and service KPIs aligned with business needs. Verify that all staff understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies to comply with standards and processes. * Build high-performing teams based on the Our Promise methodology within stores. Supervise staff to meet and exceed assigned targets, while developing them individually to increase productivity. Supervise the in-store sales floor experience and ensure the best customer experience. * Ensure proper store operations by remaining on the sales floor, providing coaching, and using Kronos to appropriately assign staff to high-traffic zones and meet business needs and special launch events. Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales forecasts and supervise to prevent stockouts. * Leverage statistical data and metrics for decision-making, generating action plans to guarantee sales and service performance levels.
