General Purpose Verify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure proper item entry and exit from units and platform at COP, ensuring traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Main Responsibilities * Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1. Verify that all routes leaving/arriving at COP report consistent item in/out counts (whether collected, delivered, or both), and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft. * Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations. Identify each waybill with issues, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the missing item. To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. * Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm all pending items are recorded. * Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Perform daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). Provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. * Report reconciliation results for TR1, TR2, and fuel performance audits to the Supervisor. Document and send the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing issues to prevent recurrence. Decision Making * Stop TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at COP if a reconciliation discrepancy is found. * Require immediate delivery of lost items and obtain the Operator's/TR2 Route Assistant’s signature acknowledging the reconciliation discrepancy. * Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes to audit for fuel performance. * Manage the location of pending items on the platform. * Follow up on sanctions related to TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. Internal Relationships * Supervisor: To provide specific follow-up on TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audits. * TR2 Route Operator / Route Assistant: To verify correct execution of the unloading process.
