Position Summary: We are seeking an orderly to provide personal, warm, and effective patient care, ensuring prompt and high-quality recovery. Key Highlights: 1. We are a private hospital network dedicated to health care, diagnosis, and treatment, aiming to deliver specialized medical services of the highest quality through a low-cost model. **ORDERLY POSITION – MIXED SHIFT REQUIRED** Position Objective: To provide personal, warm, timely, and effective care to patients entering the hospital, delivering necessary physical and mental care for their prompt recovery, while complying with nursing department standards, Medical Directorate guidelines, and Hospital Board-established service quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Flexible availability of schedule Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, rotating days off **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school. **Knowledge:** Preparation of medical and administrative forms and controls. Mobilization techniques. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions. **Personality Traits:** Strong service orientation and attitude. Ability to work in a team. High level of sociability and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and concentration. Medium-to-high proficiency in verbal/oral communication. Responsible. Punctuality as a core value. Excellent personal grooming. Physically dynamic. **General Responsibilities:** * Provide support during patient admission, discharge, and internal transfer (both inpatient and outpatient), ensuring safe, timely, and humanized service. * Verify optimal conditions of assigned rooms, medical equipment, and areas, promptly reporting any anomalies to the relevant department. * Assist in patient mobilization and preparation for examinations, procedures, or surgical interventions, following established protocols and patient-specific care requirements. * Maintain warm, friendly, and supportive interaction with patients and their families, providing guidance throughout their stay and transfers within the hospital. * Properly handle equipment, materials, and supplies required for patient care and transfer, ensuring correct usage and maintenance. * Collaborate with various operational departments and nursing staff to guarantee continuity and quality of hospital care. * Comply with institutional policies, procedures, training programs, and tasks assigned by management and immediate supervisors to perform duties effectively.
