* Provide technical, commercial, and promotional advice to customers. * Make daily calls to find new customers and follow up with existing ones to offer products. * Review and follow up on customer quotations. * Maintain and monitor the collection portfolio up to date. * Create strategies to achieve sales targets. * Follow up with post-sale customers by making quality calls to confirm timely and proper receipt of orders. * Follow up on cancellations and credit notes issued during the day.
